VibeKeys is made by Second State Inc., 7401 W Slaughter Ln, Suite 5076, Austin, TX 78739, USA. For anything about your data, email vibekeys-customer-support@secondstate.io.
>When you order
Checkout runs on Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought, and we use them to ship your order, send order and shipping emails, handle exchanges and support, and keep the records tax law requires. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your card number.
>When you write to us
If you send a team or gift inquiry, we keep your name, company, email and what you tell us, so we can reply and prepare a quote.
>Our email list
If you subscribe to VibeKeys updates, we keep your email address to send product updates and offers. Every update has an unsubscribe link, or reply and we'll take you off the list.
>Cookies, analytics and ads
- ✓Site usage: Google Analytics shows us which pages help and where people get stuck.
- ✓Ads and social: X, Meta and LinkedIn tell us which posts and ads brought you here.
- ✓In Europe (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) none of these load until you choose in the cookie banner.
- ✓Elsewhere they're on by default, and you can turn them off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ads and social stay off.
When an order is completed, our server tells Google Analytics that a sale happened: the order number, products, amount and the page or ad that brought you. It doesn't include your name, email or address.
>Who else sees your data
Only the services that do the work above: Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier (your name, address and phone, to deliver), Resend (our emails), Google, X, Meta and LinkedIn (analytics and ads, as described above), and the companies that host our website and order system. We don't sell your personal information.
>How long we keep it
Order records for as long as we need them for support, exchanges and tax law. Inquiries for as long as the conversation is useful. Your email on our list until you unsubscribe.
>Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing vibekeys-customer-support@secondstate.io. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We're based in the US, so your data is handled there.
