Is VibeBuddy in stock, and how quickly can a team order ship?
VibeBuddy is in stock and ships within 3 business days of your order being confirmed, with free worldwide shipping. That is the main difference from a co-branded vibe coding keyboard program, which typically takes four to six weeks. If you are working toward a fixed event date, tell us the date in the inquiry and we will confirm feasibility.
What is the minimum order quantity for a team order?
Team programs usually start at 10 units. If you need fewer, still send the inquiry with your number and we will suggest whichever path fits your quantity and date best. Single units can be ordered directly on the product page.
Which computers does VibeBuddy work with?
A Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 14 or later. x86_64 Linux with systemd works as an experimental option. There is no Windows support yet. Check what your recipients actually use before ordering, because this requirement decides whether the gift works for them.
Can you ship each unit to a different address?
Yes. We can ship the whole order to one address, or send individual units directly to employees, speakers, contributors, prize winners or customers. Individual fulfillment is not gated by quantity, which suits remote and hybrid teams.
Can we add a custom gift box?
An optional custom gift box is available. Details are provided on request, so mention it in your inquiry and we will come back with what is possible for your quantity and date.
Can you put our logo on the device, or change the characters and voices?
Not through this page. This program covers standard VibeBuddy units, with an optional custom gift box as the branding layer. For co-branded hardware with your logo on the device, see the VibeKeys developer gifts program.
VibeBuddy is open source. Why would we buy it instead of building it?
You are welcome to build your own: the firmware, the app and the hardware notes are public under GPL-3.0 in the GitHub repository. Teams order assembled units from us when they want them tested, covered by our 30-day exchange policy and delivered to many addresses on a date, without anyone spending a weekend sourcing parts and flashing boards.
Can you provide an invoice or accept a purchase order?
Yes. Invoice details can be provided for company purchasing. Include your procurement requirements, billing entity and any purchase order process in the inquiry.
