We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase if there is an issue with your product, including:

>VibeKeys Max (3D-Printed to Order)

VibeKeys Max is 3D-printed to order, so minor cosmetic variation is a normal characteristic of the process — not a defect. Subtle layer lines, small surface marks, and slight differences in color, texture, or finish are expected and are not grounds for exchange.

✓Cosmetic variation inherent to 3D printing is normal and expected on every made-to-order unit.
✓Functional defects, damage in transit, or incorrect items are always covered — we'll replace the unit and cover return shipping, the same as every product.

>How to Request an Exchange

Include photos of the defect or damage (if applicable)

Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item

>Return Shipping

✓If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you never pay for return shipping.
✓For VibeKeys Pro and Plus, we'll usually just ship a replacement — in most cases you won't need to return the original (a photo of the issue is enough).
✓For VibeKeys Max, we may ask you to return the faulty unit for inspection; we'll reimburse your return postage (use a trackable service and keep the receipt).
✓Once your claim is approved, we ship the replacement at no additional cost.

✓Replacement products are shipped within 3-5 business days once your claim is approved
✓If the exact item is unavailable, we'll offer a similar product of equal value
✓No additional shipping charges apply for the replacement item
